We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Stripe: Payment processing for ticket purchases. Stripe handles all payment card data under their own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
• Resend: Email delivery for confirmation and notification emails
• ipapi.co: IP-based geolocation to show you events near your area. Only your IP address is shared; no personal data.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing for admin access, and database access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to operate our events and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records of transactions).
